  Annual Maintenance Contract
Al Ameen computer provides annual maintenance contract for small to large scale organizations. AMC is a vital aspect for smooth functioning, in the current technology driven world. This maintenance service includes scheduled preventive maintenance, based upon the specific needs of individual items of equipment as determined by AL AMEEN and unscheduled preventive maintenance on call. Maintenance will include lubrication, adjustments, and replacement of maintenance parts deemed necessary by AL AMEEN. The cost of Hardware parts would be as per actual. This agreement assures uninterrupted operation of the equipment, by providing standby system as and where possible. This includes the Networking Environment as well.
If the problem is minor we will provide Telephonic support to solve your problem. In case of an emergency the call will be attended to immediately (i.e. An Engineer would be rerouted to you.)
